Internet calls bride ‘cheap’ after allegedly charging wedding guest $ 6.80 for second slice of cake
The day after John Puffin attended his good friend’s wedding, he received a text from the bride saying she saw he grabbed an extra slice of cake and owed her around $ 5.
The post was posted to Reddit’s r / weddingshaming forum on September 29 and has already garnered over 8,600 votes and has also been shared on the r / bridezillas subreddit. “I paid the first installment after it was announced the day we would help pay for their cake !! In the screenshot of the text messages, the bride sent CCTV footage showing Puffin grabbing an extra slice of cake at the wedding. Confused, he replied “dunno what do you mean.” Quickly, the bride replied that she and her husband were looking at the CCTV footage and saw that he had two pieces of the wedding cake.

Puffin says News week on Reddit that her good friend’s wedding took place last month in a small town in Kent, UK.
